Introduction
Studio "Joy" was founded in 1995.
During this time, we have achieved decidedly positive results.
First, it has been possible to maintain within all the groups an artistic level
which is high enough to represent our town Valga in national contests and
festivals.
Also, members of Studio "Joy" are engaged in the national VERA program dealing
with research work in psychology and integration of the Russian-speaking people
into Estonian society.
Studio “Joy”
is a non-profit organization aiming its activities towards children and young people.

The leader of the
art studio
"Joy",
Marina Jerjomina
has got her education as teacher of music.
She has
conducted music groups
in Valga for 18 years already.
For 8 years she was employed as organizer of groups at
Valga Hobby School of Children and Young People, for 8 years she has been
Manager of creative studio for children and young people “Joy”.
A few years
she has taken part in international youth projects and directed them.

Purposes
Our main mission is to reduce social isolation of young people, to rise
their self-evaluation and to lead them towards sensible activities through
creative work .. |

Diplomas
Studio took part in many national dance
and song competitions, and created and supported contacts between
artistic groups in Latvia, Estonia and Russia ..

Activities
In 1996-02 Studio"Joy" gave many
concerts in Tallinn, Riga, Valga, Viljandi, Otepaa, and Torva
